1delta Labs AG is a company registered in Zug, Switzerland (UID: CHE-290.733.046). We deliver non-custodial software and APIs for engaging with decentralized protocols. We do not hold or control user funds, private keys, or digital assets.

1delta Labs AG is not licensed or supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) or any other financial regulatory authority.

Use of decentralized finance protocols involves significant risk, including the potential loss of funds. Users are solely responsible for assessing the risks, compliance requirements, and legal implications applicable in their jurisdiction.

Terms & conditions

1delta provides software and technical infrastructure only. The Company does not execute transactions, custody assets, or operate protocols on behalf of users.

Users must be at least 18 years old and are responsible for evaluating DeFi risks and their own legal compliance. The Company is not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party protocols.

Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. Any liability, if established, shall be limited to fees paid by you to the Company in the preceding twelve (12) months.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Privacy policy

The controller collects minimal data, including contact and technical information. We do not obtain private keys or custody funds. Processing occurs under legitimate interest, contractual necessity, or legal obligation, with appropriate security measures in place.
